How do you use Happy Call phones?It's easy! At your event, your guests can effortlessly leave a message by simply picking up the handset of a telephone, listening to your personalised greeting, and leaving their message after the beep.

How to set up the phone?Once you book our services, we will deliver our phone to you a few days before the event and teach you how to record your personalised message. We will collect the phone from you after the event.

How many messages can my guests leave?Your guests can leave up to 16hrs of voice mail. The phone is battery-operated.

How can I inform my guests about the phone?We provide a basic signage template that can be used at your event.

How long do I have to wait for delivery?We reserve up to 2 weeks after phone collection to deliver all your recordings.
